The clinic is open for most of the year. The clinic is closed for 6 weeks in total at various times in the year. You are advised to give your email so that you can remain informed of closure of the clinic. Vacations will also be announced on the phone answering service and on the journal posts.Newsletters come out monthly with articles, opening times, and the latest homeopathic news. To care for the environment, I am only sending out newsletters via email.

Is parking available?

Parking is free and is available on the road outside the building.

What are the opening hours?

The clinic is open on the following days:

  • Monday 9am - 8pm
  • Wednesday 9am - 8pm
  • Thursday 9am - 5pm

What happens if I need treatment and the Centre is closed for holidays?

When the clinic is closed for holidays, another qualified experienced Homeopath’s details will be given for a phone answering service. They can be contacted in times of need or emergency. This is to ensure a Homeopath is available as much as possible for your health needs.

What therapies are available?

Homeopathy, Homeoprophylaxis (Homeopathic Immunisation), Allergy Elimination, Vaccine Damage, Flower Essence Therapy, Celloid Mineral Therapy, Nutritional Therapy, Stress Management Techniques.

How much does a consultation cost?

  • First consultation: $100 (usually takes 90 minutes)
  • Follow up: $80
  • First Aid acute: $45

Homeopathic medicines are not included in the consultations. Each Homeopathic remedy costs $8. Supplements, flower essences, and creams may be recommended and these are available at the practice or in your local health food store. Homeopathic kits can also be made for you individually for First Aid, Pregnancy and Birth, Sports, Travel, Stress Relief, and for many others ailments.If between consultations a remedy needs to be posted out, there will be a charge of $10 to cover postage and administration fees.

What else does the clinic sell?

The clinic also sells tissue salts and creams, supplements and flower essences. Please inquire for more details when you visit.

24 hour Cancellation policy.

The Clinic operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will incur half the consultation fee.

Is there wheelchair access?

The clinic is not wheelchair accessible.

Are there children’s toys and amenities?

Children’s toys, books, and drawing material are available in the consulting room, to make the space more comfortable for little ones. They may be used as part of a child’s consultation to understand them better, or to simply keep them occupied while a parent or guardian is being treated.

How do I make an appointment or inquiry?

Appointments and inquiries can be made via phone. The last new appointments are taken two hours before closing time. Repeat appointments and acute appointments are taken one hour before closing time.Please phone and leave a clear message, with your name, phone number, the time you rang, and the reason you are calling. The clinic will get back to you as soon as possible, except weekends.

How did I let the clinic know how I am progressing with my treatment?

Patients who wish to contact the clinic about their progression on homeopathic medicine may ring during “phone-in” hours before consultations begin:

  • Monday and Wednesday: 9am - 10am

At other times the clinic may be busy so please leave a message and Sinead will get back to you as soon as possible. Outside of these phone-in times a client may still wish to talk about their health. If the phonecall is over 10 minutes duration, then Sinead will charge for the time taken as she has a busy schedule.

Can I conduct my consultations over the phone?

First time consultations will not be taken over the phone. However due to illness and other circumstances, regular clients can ring in for up to one hour and normal consultation prices are charged.

How do I make payments to the clinic?

Payments can be made by cheque or cash. Unfortunately, at present we do not have facilities for eftpos cards or visa.
